I have worked for this company since 1990 (2000 here in St. Petersburg) and was sales manager in the Longwood Office while I was there. Over the years I have worked under several managers and by far Charlene Maurer is the most hands on person I have encountered in my journey. She is always available to work through a problem with you whether she is in the office or after hours at home. I have never seen a manager take such a personal interest in every one of her agents success and career, by offering individual help when it is needed. She knows so many details about everyone’s individual transactions that is amazing. Charlie makes working in this office a pleasure and after so many years I have found a new incentive to continue working for a period of time.

I just want to thank Charlie for all her support with many of my closings. She has been my rock in assisting many times to help get creative in a closing when there are challenges. She always answers my calls or is quick to call me back. When we sat down for our conversation, my anxiety slowly began to fade. Then, when Charlie asked, “Do you have any questions?” I was probably looking like a deer in headlights.
